主要职责:

在整个投资过程中协助投资项目的发起和分析。

确保专业材料的内容质量(例如财务模型,估值分析,尽职调查,投资备忘录等)。

FOSTAR Program – Investment

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in deal origination and analysis throughout the investment process.

Monitor market trends on a global scale; collect economic / marketing data and relevant third-party reports, establish investment frameworks etc.

Investigate companies in both private and public sectors; support our teams in completing and submitting investment proposals.

Ensure the content quality of professional materials (e.g. financial models, valuation analysis, due diligence, investment memorandums etc.).

Assist senior executives and project leaders in negotiations and transaction processes.

Develop and present internal memorandums and investment presentations.

 

Potential Candidates:

2019/2020 university graduate with a Bachelor or Master Degree;

2019/2020 MBA graduates with 3-5 years’ full-time investment related work experience.

 

Requirements:

Internship experience or full-time work experience in investment related fields including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Equity Research, Investment Banking is highly preferred.

Well-organized self-starter who is able to manage and prioritize a range of tasks.

Strong judgment, critical thinking and analytical skills; ability to articulate and present ideas effectively in both verbal and written form.

Excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills.

The program is for high-potential talents seeking a career in finance management. Successful candidates will be hired into the Finance Function at Fosun’s global headquarter, and receive executive mentorship throughout the one-year job rotation across Investment Management, Treasury Management, Asset Allocation, Capital Market and Investor Relationship. Trainees will undertake several roles at headquarter that will enable them to discover our diversified business and various Finance fields of expertise in the global arena.

Upon successful completion of the one-year program, the graduates will have the opportunity of taking important positions at Fosun headquarter or our portfolio companies. A fast-track promotion scheme will be provided for outstanding performers.

 

Potential Candidates:

2019/2020 Graduates with a Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Investment, Financial Management and other relevant subjects;

2019/2020 MBA Graduates with 3-5 years’ full-time work experience in related field

Requirements:

3-5 years’ relevant internship experience in top tier companies or Big 4 accounting firm with exposure in one or multiple modules of finance management; outstanding education background or related qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA & FRM is highly preferred.

Summarize the product innovation models of the benchmarking enterprises;

Summarize the progress of product projects of each affiliated company, including but not limited to R&D, incubation, BD, investment;

Participate in product development and product line management system construction;

主要职责:

1、负责在人工智能、大规模分布式系统等领域开展前沿技术研究;

2、参与和推动技术落地到复星集团旗下各产业及产品;

3、参与研发以人工智能技术为核心的新产品。

岗位要求:

1、2019/2020届博士和优秀研究生,计算机相关专业;

2、有以下领域之一的研究积累(作为主要作者发表过ICML, NIPS, KDD, ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV等论文):

a) 机器学习:强化学习、深度学习、大数据、数据挖掘、算法优化等

b) 自然语言处理:自然语音处理、信息检索、文本挖掘等

c) 计算机视觉:图像、视频、医疗CV等

3、具备较强的算法与编程能力,ACMICPC, NOI/IOI,Top coder,kaggle比赛获奖者优先;

FOSTAR Program - AI

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for conducting cutting-edge technology research in areas such as artificial intelligence and large-scale distributed systems;

2. Participate in and promote the technology to various industries and products of Fosun Group;

3. Participate in the research and development of new products with artificial intelligence technology as the core.

Requirements:

1. 2019/2020 Ph.D. or Master degree in Computer Science;

2. Research experience in one of the following fields (published paper in ICML, NIPS, KDD, ACL, EMNLP, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, etc. as the lead author):

a) Machine learning: big data, data mining, algorithm optimization, reinforcement learning, deep learning etc.

b) Natural Language Processing: natural language processing, information retrieval, text mining, etc.

c) Computer Vision: images, video, medical CV, etc.

3. Strong algorithm and programming capabilities, contest winners in ACMICPC, NOI / IIO, Top coder, kaggle are preferred;

4. A good team player with strong communication skills;

5. Ability to work independently.

Supports and coordinates market studies and provides insights regarding trends that enable qualified decisions for business strategy;
