斯道拉恩索是一家起源于瑞典和芬兰，世界上历史最长的造纸集团，于1288年开始运营。那时相当于中国的元朝时期。斯道拉恩索是世界液体包装纸板行业的领导者。液体包装纸板用于制作牛奶、果汁等高品质饮料的包装盒，从而使这些饮料便于远距离配送。世界上，超过1/3的液体包装纸盒用的是斯道拉恩索生产的材料。

斯道拉恩索广西业务包括自2002年开始运作的桉树种植，以及于2016年5份开始运营的浆纸一体化工厂。

目前浆纸工厂包括一条设计年产量为45万吨的纸板生产线，一条设计年产量20万吨的BCTMP化机浆生产线，已经配套的碱回收锅炉，电厂，水厂及污水处理厂等。

斯道拉恩索一体化工厂坐落于北海铁山港临海工业区，距离北海市中心区域约40公里。

The participants are hired directly into the permanent position of _Power Plant Operation Engineer.

项目参与者将在公司直接担任电厂运营工程师一职。

Requirements任职要求：

• The participant should have professional back ground of Thermal Power Engineering参与者应具备火力发电相关专业背景，

• can be graduates and early career talents with one to two years of experience, who are looking for a long term career both vertically and horizontally 本科及以上学历的应届毕业生和具有1~2年工作经验的往届毕业生；且有志于在专业领域深度和广度上的继续发展。

• Are open to work cross functional and are mobile internationally.视野开阔，能适应跨职能和跨国界的工作。

• Strong communication and networking skills良好的沟通和协作技巧

• Language requirements: Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English语言技巧：流利的普通话和英语。

• Other requirements and preferred traits: team player, results oriented and negotiation skills其他要求和优先素质：团队精神，结果导向和谈判技巧。
