3. 岗位需求及描述：

Job Title 1:                        System Engineer

Department:                    Research and Development (R&D)

Reports to:                       Associate Director, R&D

Primary Function of Position:

Intuitive-Fosun designs and manufactures highly complex surgical systems (including instruments and accessories) for use in surgery. We are looking for individuals to design and develop innovative digital solution for our surgical systems. His or her objective is to ensure that all local customer requirements are well address by launching new digital solution in China.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·     Convert business needs into system design and requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality of Systems Engineering deliverables for these products while meeting customer needs, business objectives, and strategic goals.

·     Plan, oversee, contribute to, and directly implement systems engineering requirements management within an overall product development effort, including:

o   Working to establish and recommend system design solutions

o   High level requirements generation based on market research, voice of the customer, competitive analysis, regulatory body review, and other internal and external data sources.  

o   Working with project teams to further translate and track high level use cases/requirements into discipline specific requirements and user stories (i.e. electrical, reagent, mechanical, embedded software, mobile device software, cloud platform software, etc.)

o   Working with the development teams to trace requirements back to their source and forward to the elements of the system that provide them (i.e. design controls).

o   Define critical interfaces between subsystems and leading subsystem team leads in the integration of sophisticated software driven electro-mechanical devices to ensure proper system function.

o   Ensuring that development teams aggressively manage the interfaces between product subsystems to ensure that the total system meets project, company and regulatory requirements.

·     Lead new product localization and introduction effort in China to accelerate time to market.

·     Support type testing for complicated medical system

·     lead V&V method development effort if applicable

·     Develop design history files per design review process, QMS, ISO 13485, and other submission dossier, like NMPA / FDA / MDR requirements if applicable.

·     Work with team members for their day-to-day engineering responsibilities

·     Actively contributes to some combination of technological developments, publications, patents, and/or trade secrets.

Job Title 2:                        R&D Intern

Department:                    Research and Development (R&D)

Reports to:                       Associate Director, R&D

职责 / Responsibility

·     协助达芬奇手术机器人系统的设计验证试验 / Assist conducting design verification testing of da Vinci system

·     协助一次性医疗器械的设计验证试验 / Assist conducting design verification testing of single use medical device

·     整理试验记录、协助验证报告的起草/ Organize test records and assist drafting of design verification report

·     技术文档翻译校对 / Proofread of translation of technical files

 

要求 / Qualification

·     理工科专业，(医疗)机器人、机电、机械相关方向优先 / Major in science or engineering. Major in (medical) robotics, mechatronics, mechanical engineering preferred but not required

·     有实验室实际操作和撰写实验报告的经验 / Experience in conducting experiments and writing experiment reports

·     优秀的英语写作能力，口语流利者优先 / Profound English skill in writing. Fluent oral English preferred but not required 工作认真细致 / Careful and meticulous working style

·     每周工作3-5天，具体期限面议 / 3-5 days per week, based on negotiation

 

Job title 3：临床应用专家CSR

 

职位要求：

 

管理好医院的人员培训，手术量推动，手术器械及配件的销售。

1.    根据公司的要求顺利通过临床和系统培训(CAST)

2.    配合医院做好医生及手术室护士的机器人培训，善于发现有潜力的医生，发展成为机器人医生；给医院和医生提供产品和临床支持，与客户保持良好关系

3.    管理好手术器械及配件的销售

4.    协助医院管理好订货周期，避免出现断货

5.    配合销售做好售前售中技术支持

6.    配合市场部参与市场会议支持

7.    与维修部配合保障机器人正常使用

 

任职要求

1.    医学背景，或者医疗器械耗材公司销售相关工作经验。

2.    能适应经常出差，周末加班的工作强度。

3.    本科及以上学历。

4.    具备英文听说读写能力。
