Your Role：

1.      Simulation of steelcord in the tire 钢帘线产品在轮胎应用中的仿真

Develop the methodology to simulate steelcord in various kinds of tires. Create knowledge of interaction between steelcord and tire performance characteristics. Generate insights to guide steelcord innovations.

开发钢帘线产品在各种轮胎应用中的有限元分析方法，以研究钢帘线对轮胎性能的贡献，指导钢帘线新产品开发的方向。

 

2.      Simulation of steelcord in tire-making process 钢帘线产品在轮胎制造工艺中的仿真

Apply mechanical analysis or FEM simulation to identify and understand the steelcord properties that are critical to the ply quality during the tire-making process.

使用力学分析和有限元分析，以确认钢帘线产品的关键性能指标对轮胎质量的影响。

 

3.      Project support 项目支持

Support various BARDEC projects by mechanical analysis and simulation.

Your Role：

Your Role:

1.     Take the lead of developing analysis methods and building up expertise

负责实验室测试方法开发和掌握相关技能/专业知识

1） Build-up expertise in mechanics of material failure of lab testing methods (Fatigue, torsion, tensile and other tests), and establish corresponding models

掌握实验室机械性能测试（疲劳，扭转，拉伸等）中样品失效过程的力学特性，并构建相应的模型

2） Build-up expertise in understanding mechanics of wire deformation in different processes (wire drawing; cabling & bunching, and etc.)
