Responsibilities:
- Create Maya/Max scripts for dev. team needs
- Create Maya/Max tools & plug ins based on dev. team needs
- Setup animation rig and UI for animators
- Optimize asset pipeline based on projects requirement
- Meet production schedule with on-time delivery and quality
- Train entry-level 3D artists on tools, techniques, pipeline and process
- Assist project art leads to identify risks and optimize creation process
Requirements :
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- 3+ years of art production knowledge on shipped titles across multiple platforms
- 3+ years of working knowledge of Maya or Max
- Excellent 3D modeling, texturing skills and Scripting
- Understand efficient techniques and hardware/software limitations
- Team player with strong grasp of customer service, positive attitude, passion for games and proactive personality
- May require travel as needed
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in leading a team of production artists with great rapport
- Efficient in following software packages
- PhotoShop - Maya - 3D Studio MAX -- Visual Studios

Software Engineer软件工程师
Location: Shanghai,China
Responsibilities:
- Perform requirement analysis of customer specifications
• Fully understand project/feature requirements • Thoroughly analyze the problem space • Interact directly with clients to clarify requirements • Produce clear and concise analysis documentation
- Create technical design document
• Research available solutions and their impact on existing code base and framework • Discuss solutions with peers and leads • Perform risk analysis of proposed solutions • Formulate object, functional-flow, and data-flow models of proposed solutions
- Perform task planning
• Create tasks to implement selected technical solutions • Produce time estimates for each task and sub-task • Produce task dependency graph • Work with project managers to create task schedules that will most effectively serve the needs of the project
- Perform implementation work according to technical design and task schedules
• Adapt to changes in plan and deadlines • Complete tasks on time • Fully test and debug deliverables • Own task results beyond deliverables • Communicate progress to peers, managers, and customers • Follow coding conventions and best practices
- Create and improve end-user tools and data-build pipelines in a game production environment
- Design and implement new or improved game-features on console and PC platforms
- Assist team members in all aspects of development tasks
- Participate in post-mortem
- Continuously learn new technologies that are applicable to game development
Requirements:
- Ability to read / write and speak English
- 3+ years of C & C++ engineering experience on shipped titles across multiple platforms
- Good debugging skills
- Ability to understand and navigate within existing code bases
- Ability to duplicate and maintain build environments
- Ability to quickly integrate various components and troubleshoot problems
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal staff members and external studio partners
- Ability to adapt to project specific processes and coding practices
- Team player with strong grasp of customer service, positive attitude, passion for games and proactive personality
- May require travel as needed
Desirable Skills:
- Proficient in C++, C#.NET, SQL, and assembly
- Have good knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Game architecture - AI - 3D graphics - Online - Performance analysis and optimization - Memory management - Multi-threading - Debugging
- Experience with writing Maya or 3D Studio Max plug-ins
- College degree in Computer Science

- Design and create 2D texture maps per specification
- Generate texture mapping coordinates
- Create 3D models at various levels of polygon resolutions
- Optimize 3D models and 2D textures for game engine efficiency

- Assist technical artists to estimate schedule and troubleshoot problems
Requirements :
- 2+ years of art production knowledge
